This website, akuggi.com (the "Site"), is operated by KASA Group LLC, trading as AKUGGI ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered at Shams Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are an AI consultancy, advisory, and education business for event professionals across the GCC and beyond.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Because our audience can be global, where the EU/UK GDPR applies to a visitor, we also seek to meet those standards.

We use personal data to:

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential service messages (for example, a reply to an enquiry you sent us).

For example, we keep enquiry and client records for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period afterward for legal and business reasons, and we keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
