About AKUGGI & general
An AI studio for the events industry. We help event, entertainment, and production teams understand and use AI in a way that is practical, accessible, and built for the real world of events. Three verticals: Educate (learn it), Enable (advise on it), Execute (build it).
No. AI will not replace event professionals. The ones who use it well will simply move faster than the ones who wait. We make your existing people more capable, not redundant.
Nearly 20 years running major live events. We speak your language, know your workflows, and frame AI for run-of-show, budgets, sponsorships, and delivery, not generic theory.
Not at all. Everything is built for non-technical teams. If you can use a phone and a spreadsheet, you can use what we set up.
Dubai, serving the GCC and beyond. We work with event agencies, venues, entertainment teams, production companies, and freelancers, from solo operators to large organisations.
Getting started & integration
Usually with a short conversation about what is slowing your team down, then an AI Readiness Audit. We map how you work today and find where AI saves the most time with the least risk.
Quick wins (better proposals, faster research, cleaner budgets) often appear in the first one to two weeks. Deeper workflow builds take a few weeks. We sequence for early wins.
We work with what you have. AI becomes a layer on top of your existing stack, not a rip-and-replace. We integrate around your tools, not against them.
Depending on the engagement: training, an approved tool list and setup, custom prompts and templates, automations and simple internal tools, and ongoing advisory. Always something your team can use immediately.
Yes, if you want. We offer advisory retainers and care/optimisation retainers so the system keeps improving as your needs and the tools evolve.
Resistance is normal and usually comes from fear or bad first experiences. Our training is hands-on with real work tasks, so people see the value on day one. Adoption follows confidence.
Security, data & risk
Yes, when done correctly: approved tools on business/enterprise tiers, data-training switched off, and a clear policy on what can and cannot be entered. We set all of this up. See our AI Policy & Security deck.
On free/personal tiers, some tools may use what you type to improve their models. On business/enterprise tiers, your data is excluded from training. The risk comes from "shadow AI" (staff using personal accounts), which the policy eliminates.
We maintain trust ratings (safe / caution / restricted) across the top tools, based on enterprise data handling, security, and hosting. Some tools are fine for confidential work on the right tier; a few we restrict entirely for sensitive data. Full table in the policy deck.
For confidential or personal data you need the right tier, a Data Processing Agreement with the vendor, and awareness of where data is hosted. We help you choose compliant tools and set guardrails. For formal legal sign-off, we work alongside your advisor.
We give you a simple incident-response plan: stop, report, assess, contain, notify if required, and learn. No blame, fast action.
Education & training
Practical AI for real event workflows: prompting, the tools that matter, budgets, research, proposals, content, and how to verify outputs. No jargon, no hype.
Self-paced courses, live cohorts, private team workshops (half or full day), keynotes, and custom multi-session programmes for larger organisations.
Yes. Every example, prompt, and exercise is built around how events teams actually work, not generic business cases.
We update materials continuously and offer refreshers and ongoing insights. Part of the value is having someone track this space so you do not have to.
Both. We work with solo operators and freelancers right through to enterprise teams.
Pricing & ROI
Transparent, productised tiers across all three verticals, in USD and AED, from a self-paced course to enterprise implementation. You always know what you are paying for. See the rate card.
Yes. AI consolidates tool spend and replaces first-draft work you would otherwise outsource. For many, it pays for itself in saved subscriptions plus one avoided freelance line within the first quarter.
We model it: tool consolidation, contractor/staffing offset, and hours saved per workflow, converted to money at your rates. We can attach a value-based component tied to documented savings.
No. Projects are fixed-scope; retainers are flexible, with discounts for annual commitment if you want them. No surprises.
Start small: a course, a strategy session, or a single workflow build. We size the engagement to your stage and grow with you.
Tools & capabilities
It depends on the job. We are tool-agnostic and recommend the right tool and tier for each use case, from LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to design, video, voice, and automation tools. We maintain a current budget and trust sheet across the top 20.
No. A big part of our value is stopping over-buying. We curate a lean, deliberate stack and right-size tiers so you pay for what you actually use.
Yes, and these are some of the biggest wins: first-draft budgets in minutes, supplier comparisons in seconds, run-of-show reviews, and post-event reports. A human always checks the output.
It cannot replace judgement, relationships, on-site instinct, or accountability. It is a powerful assistant, not a decision-maker. We are clear about its limits.
